The Ultimate Gift

Normally I don't like Tamil Movies coz all they have is love story with same formula, but there has been exceptions and they have been failures as far as I know. Any one can correct me if I m wrong.I think this will make my friends who love Tamil Movies angry at me but that's the truth my friends..
I was watching the movie The Ultimate Gift and I believe it to be one of the best movies I have seen.
Its about a prodigal grandson given Gifts before taking responsibilities to make sure he knows what he is going to do and know how he is blessed and never take anything for granted. One of the favorite quotes on the movie is
"Any process you are going through will get tougher before it gets easier. That's what make learning a gift. Even though pain is your teacher". Have we realized that ever???
Huum..I was wondering about how each of us take things for granted even reading this post using internet and little do we bother about many people in many countries who have no access to education and electricity. We do not even recognize the many gift we had in our lives and have in our lives the "Gift of love" "Gift of gratitude" "Gift of friends" and many more...but keep on crying and feel jealous for others.
Search in you and try to wake up and make your life more good and happy by knowing all the gifts you have with you.
Let us also be a gift in other peoples lives in the best way we can be and touch others.
I like to finish with another quote from the movie "You can teach someone what character is. You can tell them "do this! Do that" but at some point, the gifts need input, intuition, dreams. One needs to be the freedom to dream, then act on it. Even if you don't have a dream of your own, you can give dreams to others-help them to fulfill their dreams!"

I would really love people to watch this movie coz the message is powerful but i think it would sure be different for different people because all of us are not SAME.

What is 500INR worth???

I was looking at an Youtube video posted by a favorite friend of mine about how 500rs is perceived by people of economic status and age group.
For a small poor boy who misses out school coz of money its a luxury to put him in school for an year. For an elderly man its enough to feed his family for an few days.
But for the youth of India it has different meaning,
1.its worth nothing
2.to buy booze
3.hang out with gals
4.to smoke
5.to eat ice cream
6.to buy branded underwear, man will that youths pants fit only above an branded underwear
and many more meaning about its worth...

Is this attitude of youth a product of their parents hard work and making the youth life cozy ,show piece of democracy, outcome of free market, consumerism or an blind walk to follow American culture which the youth feels as the best or above all the talent of the Indian Entertainment might to tell people how they should live their lives....
Huummm .. 'Think' What does your heart tells u to do next time when you get 500rs....
Think that what you don't give a s*** might be a precious treasure for the many people in this world. Wake up and try to make the world a beautiful place with your heart, hands and time and leave a positive footprint for others to follow...

An christian though

A poem by an Unknown poet which I found interesting....

The sea so deep and the wave so strong
I stand at my shore and look out for the other shore
Wanting to go to my fathers home at the end of dawn

With no strength left how would I do it all alone
Needing a hand so strong that can hold and walk along
That will be my fathers hand to take me to his home
